What it does
Track the habits you actually want to keep: meditation, reading, taking your medication, calling your parents. Daily, weekly, or any rhythm you want. The app records what you’ve done so you can see the pattern.
How it works
Add a habit. Pick a rhythm. Each time you do the thing, tap to log it. The Today tab shows the day’s habits; the All tab lists everything with dot-ribbons of the last seven days; the Stats tab shows the longer pattern. No leaderboard to fall down, no badge to chase.
Why it’s here
For the people who like to see the data, without the punishment. The same data, calmly presented. Pair it with Mood Journal and Sleep Log if you want a fuller picture, or keep it on its own.
